We want you to love your Loops.
If something’s not quite right, we’ve made it easy to return. Here’s how it works:
Return Window
You’ve got 14 days from delivery to request a return.
What’s Eligible
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, socks and bands must be unused and sealed.
- You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Just email us at sales@reformerloops.com and let us know what’s going on. We’ll guide you through the next steps and send a return label if your item qualifies.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive your return and give it a quick once-over, we’ll issue your refund within 5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders from Retailers
If you ordered through one of our retail partners, reach out to them directly to handle your return.
Something Not Right?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite what you expected, email us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
