How long have you been teaching / owned a studio?
I have been teaching for 18 years and have owned a studio for 8 years.

Do it on your own, trust yourself. You don’t need a business partner. You can do it!
Greatest joy in life?
My daughter!
Favorite part of your day?
I look forward to my cup of coffee in the morning and anytime I get to be in the studio moving my body.

Favourite Loops color?
Our collaboration color, Dune. Bid farewell to the days of lime greens and bright blues—the latex bands boast elegance and sophistication. We rotate through three different colors of their loops seasonally, and despite the heavy use, they remain in pristine condition.
